A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Controller to join a high-growth FinTech business based in London. Offering a salary of £95,000 plus excellent benefits, this hybrid role is ideal for a qualified accountant seeking a hands-on leadership position. You will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in strengthening financial controls, reporting, and processes within a fast-paced, scaling organisation. The company is an established FinTech with a strong market presence, operating internationally, and recognised for its innovative financial solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful variance analysis
- Lead the annual audit process and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and enhance financial controls, processes, and systems
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive high performance
What Experience is Required
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with post-qualification experience
- Background within the FinTech sector and fast-paced environments
- Proven experience leading teams and managing financial operations
Salary & Benefits
